Every column, beam and connection is prepared in the factory and bolted together on site. That single decision makes the building fast to erect, simple to extend and possible to take down and rebuild somewhere else.

An extra bay bolts on as the operation grows. No demolition, no down-time.

Every piece is drilled, milled, marked and sawn on the Thinking Steel line — bolt-ready before it enters a container.
Phase 03
Shipping
Containerised, labelled and sealed. Transport runs from Rotterdam to the port of destination, then by road to the build site.
Phase 04
Assembly on site
Promocon leads the build on site. Thinking Steel supplies the engineering and steel and sends fitters to work with the local crew.
Phase 05 · Lead time Whenever you need it
Expand & relocate
Bolt on an extra bay as volumes grow, or take the building down and rebuild it at a new location. Promocon handles both on site.
